1. Craft Your Brief: Click here to access a template to help you structure your amicus brief. If you choose to use the template, be sure to duplicate it and download it for your own use. DO NOT EDIT THE GOOGLE DOC LINKED ABOVE. Considering the tight schedule, we acknowledge that it will be challenging to complete your own unique brief. Should you find the time to craft an original brief or make substantial adjustments to the existing template, please feel free to do so. However, if time constraints prevent you from doing so, don’t worry – you may simply fill in the bolded sections of the brief as instructed in the template’s margins. We firmly believe that the sheer volume of briefs submitted will convey a compelling message to the HAB on its own. Don’t hesitate reaching out to the project team for additional resources at no cost to you: (603) 661-1080
2. Complete Your Brief Before the Deadline: The deadline to submit an amicus brief on behalf of this case is at 12 PM on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, as it must be received 7 days prior to our HAB hearing on October 3. Your prompt contribution will be pivotal in advancing our cause.
3. After printing out your brief, enclose it in a folder labeled “Amicus Brief in Support of 46 Martin Road LLC” and drop it off at the following address:
- Address: Governor Gallen State Office Park Johnson Hall, 107 Pleasant Street Concord, New Hampshire 03301
- Delivery Instructions: Documents to be filed with the Housing Appeals Board may be left in its drop off box which is found on the wall inside of the vestibule at the above address.
- Can’t make it to Concord? No problem. Call (603) 661-1080 or email kprieto@granitecre.com and we can take care of the brief’s safe and secure delivery.
4. Share this Initiative: If you know of anyone who is equally passionate about fostering responsible governance in housing development, share this initiative with them. By spreading the word, you’re extending the reach of this movement and encouraging others to join in making a meaningful impact.
